Holistic Being & Doing - Amy Tan
In this episode of “Holistic Being and Doing”, Eileen Jackson converses with Amy Tan on her holistic journey as a writer and the influence of nature in her most recent book entitled "The Backyard Bird Chronicles”, which has been translated in French, “Chroniques des oiseaux du jardin”. Born in the USA in 1952 to immigrant parents from China, Amy Tan moved many times and grew up in various places in California and lived for a brief period in Switzerland. Since 1985, Amy Tan has devoted herself to writing fiction infused with autobiographical notes from her personal life. Translated in 35 languages, her works include non-fiction, children’s books and 6 novels, which have been New York Times best sellers.
